New Patients
New patients have the opportunity to become a member of the practice.
Annual membership includes:
- Personalized attention to high quality compassionate care
- Same day or next day appointments in-person appointments
- Immediate telehealth appointments
- Annual comprehensive physical exam and 5 additional visits
- Thorough cardiac testing to include; ECG, echocardiogram, upper and lower vessel ultrasounds
- General laboratory panel
- Coordinated referrals to any necessary specialists or advanced testing (e.g., cardiac stress tests, MRI, etc.)
- Complimentary itemized invoices prepared for patients to submit to their insurance companies for reimbursement
Annual VIP package
Individuals who choose the annual VIP package will find the yearly cost more economical than insurance premiums and deductibles, while not having to fight for authorizations on beneficial screenings. Fortunately, these are included in the annual membership.
Should a membership not be desired, many health insurances are currently accepted.
